Suggested Service: Partial Planning Wedding Day Only
This level of service is the base of our services and ideal for couples who are able to handle booking of their vendors and really wants the expert eye to review what they have planned, help tie up any loose ends and execute the vision on wedding day.
Client communication starts 6 month prior to the wedding day and vendor communication is taken over 3 months prior to the wedding day.
This service includes all of the following:
Foundation for Success: We start out by creating your custom portal to help you with storing all contracts, vendor details, budget and guest list. We outline a rough timeline for you to begin your vendor research with and create a rough floorplan based on your guest count.
Expert Eye: Six months from your event, we review of all signed contracts to ensure deadlines and terms are being met along with analysis of current wedding day plan to ensure the guest and couple experience is logistically sound, with suggestions to what may be missing.
Tailored Timeline + Floorplan Creation: We then review and fine-tune the day-of plan and floorplan that keeps things moving smoothly so you can focus on enjoying the day.
On-site Coordination: From the first decoration to the last dance, we’re there, ensuring everything unfolds smoothly so you can fully enjoy your day.
This service fee is $10,000 for Allison Event Design.
OPTION TO ADD DESIGN SERVICES:
Design Deck Only - $2,000
This is a quick reference guide to make your save inspiration photos have an easy cohesive look to share with vendors. This includes one call to review inspiration along with one revision after the first draft.
Full-Service Design - 18% of Total Design Spend with a $4,000 Minimum
Here we review all of your wedding inspiration, create a detailed design deck and source the vendors that will help us make it all possible. We walk you through each step of the design process and help it all come to life on your wedding weekend!
