Service ONe: Full-Service Weekend
This level of service is ideal for couples looking to plan a whole weekend of guest celebrations. We allow you to fully enjoy the weekend with everything cohesively planned from your bridal luncheon, rehearsal dinner, welcome party, to the farewell brunch.
This service includes all of the items listed below for not just the wedding day, but for two additional events as well. We expertly guide you through the same budget management, vendor selection, design curation and full coordination for every part of your celebration weekend.
This level of service includes all of the following:
Managed Budget & Vendor Payment Tracker: Receive a tailored budget outline aligned with your wedding vision. We'll consistently update and oversee all vendor payments, ensuring the financial aspects of planning are transparent and clear from Day 1.
Vendor Collaboration & Guidance: Relationships matter. We manage and participate in all key vendor meetings, whether in-person or virtual, ensuring you have expert advice and access to our longstanding connections and trusted network every step of the way for confident decision-making.
Design Expertise: We delve deep into your initial vision, then elevate and expand upon those ideas. Our goal is to craft designs that not only resonate with your unique style and narrative but also surpass your expectations, creating an event that is unmistakably "you".
Tailored Timeline + Floorplan Creation: We draft a day-of plan and floorplan that keeps things moving smoothly so you can focus on enjoying the day.
Website + Guest Welcome Bags: Thoughtfully curated and customized welcome bag items for your guests, managed from selection to hotel distribution along with coordinating website to ensure all guest information is accurate.
Invitation Management: Handling of invites from start to finish, from design assistance, assembly to RSVP tracking, keeping you in the loop always.
On-site Coordination: Lastly, from the first decoration to the last dance, we’re there, ensuring everything unfolds smoothly so you can fully enjoy your weekend.
This service fee is 15% of your total spend of the included events with a $22,500 minimum for Allison Event Design.
Service Two: Full-Service Wedding Day Only
This level of service is the base of our services and ideal for couples who are in the beginning stages of the planning process and want to be involved but perhaps don’t have the time to commit to managing the multitude of logistical details as the wedding day approaches.
We start with filling in holes on the vendor selection, then customize your event design leading to day-of execution and coordination. We take the guess work out of planning your wedding and guide you seamlessly through the whole process.
This service includes all of the following:
